This week i have not made a video but will share a story of what i have learnt this week
1: I have learnt one of the nurses names called Edna she was one of the most helpful and long working nurses at world war 1.
2: The first world war 1 started in 1914 and ended in 1918.
3: My great Grandad James Roslin Prentice participated in world war 1.
Writing term 1
This term i will write you a story:
1: I have learnt about idioms. Idioms are a small group of words that have a meaning here is a idiom- Its raining cats and dogs that means its pouring with rain.
2: I have writen 2 cameos and published 1 they were both on the topic of weather I did rain and snow I published rain.
3: At the begening of every writing session we go to the back of of books write down some words and then count the syllables.
Maths term1
This term for maths I have been working in Mrs Withys Math class i have found it very helpful when doing task:
1: I can nut out things more easier when i use tidy numbers to round things of
2: Part way through this term i have struggled a bit so i went to Manon and we did some work in the books and in my maths book with the answer
3: you can only learn by making mistakes you are not perfect and there is no such thing as a maths person

today i did an animal chart with some books and got lots of work done
Today in writing we learnt about metafours i wrote one with charlotte george
toady we just did a little maths booklet and then area booklet.
This week we did a time line that shows back then vs now days and what has canged within the topic transport.
we worked together to solve and learn about transport and how people got around back then
this week i have enjoyed playing with a group of people and doing a game of 'freeze that tagger'
we played a game with Manon and Mrs Withy on the back courts were 2 people had to run and get the toy in the middle without getting tug..
